Applications should enclose all the below listed documents. Any delay in providing the required documents will result in delays in the review and selection process.

(INCLUDING SELF-EMPLOYED AND HOME-BASED ENTREPRENEURS)

 Formal (Registered) MSEs
  1. Photos of damages to your MSE
  2. Copy of Business owner ID
  3. Copy of rent contract, or title deed, or free occupancy permit
  4. Financial statements of 2019 and 2020
  5. Business cashflow (12 months period)
  1. Photos of damages to your MSE
  2. Copy of all partners’ ID
  3. Commercial registration
  4. Company bylaws indicating the signatory authority
  5. Copy of rent contract, or title deed, or free occupancy permit
  6. Financial statements of 2019 and 2020 (Audited, if available)
  7. Business cash flow (12 months period)
  8. Proforma invoices for the recovery needs
