Eligible applicants are:

- individual BDS providers

- a group of BDS providers coordinated by a lead

 

They should be able to prove the following:

- Acceptable governance arrangements

- One year’s operational history

- Minimum 50% funding

- Acceptable proposal 

 

Selection will be based on evaluation by the Implementing Agent with the World Bank’s clearance of the final selection.
